What to expect
A customized review of your property.
- Conducted by a Certified Wildfire Mitigation Specialist (CWMS), part of 500+ HIZ assessments completed by the Brigade.
- Grounded in peer-reviewed research, not product sales — we don't sell anything and never share your details.
- Goal: ignition-resistant, not fire-proof. Most ignitions are from embers and low-intensity fire, not the wildfire front.
- Each assessment costs us roughly $400–$600 to deliver. Donations help cover the cost.
